· Introduction of new attendees to meeting

· July 1, 2000 is the deadline for implementation of Phase Two – Financial Aid

· Passed out handouts:

- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) – deliverables required

- FACTS WEB procedures and Standards

- Web site review of FAMU web site – FAMU.edu

· Submission dates for web site enhances:

- Those agencies no web presence 4/14/00

- Agency enhancements – 4/17/00

- Complete project this phase – May 2000

Discussion:

· History of the Web site development

· Standardizing web pages to FAMU colors

· How and what links should be considered for inclusion on each web page

· Discussed sponsoring of Hypertext Manipulation Language (HTML) training for FACTS reps.

· Discussed the issue of changes made on the web vs. errors on pages and links
