Minutes:
- July 1, 2000 is the deadline for implementation of Phase Two – Financial Aid
- Mentioned that all areas should develop and enhance their web presence
- All areas should visit the FAMU web site, navigate through the web site and report any problem or errors especially the errors and problems pertaining to their on-line web site.
- Web enhancements for campus web sites scheduled to be complete by July 2000
- Training taking place for UCSC FACTS team - HTML and Java web applications.

- Group discussed standards for web presence for FAMU
- Discussed the issue of web training for FACTS members
- Discussed the issue of changes made on the web vs. errors on pages and links
- Discussed wanting to set up a timetable/suspense dates for suggestions on web development coming in.
